Shipping & Returns
The majority of our packages ship via UPS, however depending upon your location, it may ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Large/bulk orders may go using a variety of freight services, including R&L Carriers. You will notice that great care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives safely, as our gallery staff is highly trained and specialized in secure packaging techniques. Here is a quick example...
How we ship our "Essence" pieces
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your artwork. We must be contacted in advance for Return Authorization, otherwise we will be unable to process your return. Please ensure that the item is packaged as safely and securely as it was when it arrived. Assuming it is received back at our studio with no damage, we will refund your purchase immediately thereafter. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to leave the liability with the shipper in case anything happens to it on the way, otherwise any repair costs would be deducted from the refund.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST RE-PACKAGE THE ARTWORK SAFELY AND EXACTLY HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. UNRESOLVED ARTWORK DAMAGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. Returns may be sent here:

Note: if you are returning the item due to a mistake on our end (like the item sent does not match the item on your receipt of purchase) then we will cover the return shipping fee. Otherwise it will be deducted from the refund.
