The majority of our packages ship via UPS, however depending upon your location, it may ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Large/bulk orders may go using a variety of freight services, including R&L Carriers. How we ship our "Essence" pieces
With our corporate accounts and large volume of shipments, we are able to keep the expenses low and provide an extra level of service and confidence for our clients. Please note, however, that if you choose to return or exchange your artwork you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Return PolicyReturns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your artwork. Please ensure that the item is packaged as safely and securely as it was when it arrived. Assuming it is received back at our studio with no damage, we will refund your purchase immediately thereafter. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to leave the liability with the shipper in case anything happens to it on the way, otherwise any repair costs would be deducted from the refund.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST RE-PACKAGE THE ARTWORK SAFELY AND EXACTLY HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. UNRESOLVED ARTWORK DAMAGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
